- Preparation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
International projects including the liaison and consultation between project partners, and at national governmental levels.
Experienced in several national building code environments, best practices and translates this experience with knowledge into sound solutions and proposals.
Project Architect for new and renovation projects in the Education Sector of New Zealand and Bhutan. Including:
Assessment, design, documenting & procuring of: capital works; replacement of HVAC/ mechanical/ water/ fire & services’ infrastructure; feasibility & costing reports for Boards of Trustees & Ministry of Education.
Designed and implemented the initial facility and infrastructure development needs of the International Criminal Court; assisted with the Functional Brief for their permanent premises.
Project Management of facilities for the Special Court for Sierra Leone; infrastructure related consultancy & construction services for capital works, including monitoring of contracted works, quality management & adherence to specifications.
Detailed design resolution; drawing review & control checking on the Netherlands Forensic Institute new facility.
Carl was part of the team that participated in part of the Building Research Association of New Zealand (BRANZ) National Property Survey.
