Concept and Building Design
We all know that the time to make changes is at the planning and design stages of a project. A concept and building design assessment is a design feasibility and development assessment undertaken in conjuction with the client and Architect.
Overall objectives are:
- The project concept being compliant with the Resource Management Act
- The project being compliant with the District Scheme for the Town Planning requirements.
- The project meeting the requirements of the Building Consent Authority.
- The project’s design being fully subscribed to by meeting the clients needs.
